Jinny Barranco
Lead Designer

Ivy Oaks Designs & Consulting was established in 2007. It is a sister company to Ivy Oaks Properties, a Real Estate and Development firm for 35 years. The lead designer, Jinny Barranco is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a BBA in Finance. She has worked with numerous San Antonio area custom home builders since 2003. Her experiences in the real estate and building industry inform her construction-based approach to interior design. She provides clients with personalized, unique products that are finished on time and within budget limitations. Jinny works closely with the homeowners, builders, and various trades to generate innovative design concepts and harmoniously coordinate interior and exterior features.

Kathy Barranco
Design Consultant and Real Estate Broker

Kathy is the Principal broker of Ivy Oaks Properties-a real estate company she started with her husband in 1975. They have been operating it in the City of Garden Ridge and surrounding areas ever since. Working with families over the past 36 years provided them with a wealth of information that informs their approach to land acquisition and development. They have been the primary creative force - from initial concept, through on site development, to successfully market multimillion dollar residential developments in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Garden Ridge and Horseshoe Bay, Texas.

As a partners in Ivy Oaks Designs, Kathy and Jinny have developed a successful system to work with custom home clients on projects from beginning to end that maximize the beauty and functionality of their homes.
